Russia’s used car market rises 2.1% to 526,700 cars in October

MOSCOW, Nov 12 (PRIME) -- Russia’s second hand car market expanded 2.1% on the year to 526,700 cars in October, research agency Autostat said in a statement on Tuesday.

The top three car brands were Lada, whose sales fell 0.8% on the year to 131,500 cars, Toyota with sales growing 3.4% to 57,800 cars, and Nissan with sales increasing 4% to 29,300 cars.

In January–September, the used car market fell 0.1% on the year to 4.5 million vehicles.
